The language was not digestible for my son and it was awkward to try to read aloud to him。 That got in the way of what could have been a fun adventure in mystery。

This was an enjoyable chapter book that students should find very exciting。 This was not a hard book to read and would be perfect for students starting in about 4th grade。 I enjoyed the mystery of where the children went and the idea of going back in time。 This book was a reasonable length， especially for a student who may not lean towards chapter books。 I really enjoyed this book and the journey it took me on！

Personally， it was very hard to read this book。 I found it boring and confusing。 I don’t think that the author did a good job of explaining what was happening。 Also， I just didn’t understand why instead of using quotation marks， the author used apostrophes。 That was just a little weird to me。
